Developed market expansion strategy for a water treatment company with $5 M/year in revenue. Artemis identified a strong opportunity in a mining sector that has not received wide attention. The project examined the industry: key early adopters, partners, regulators and competitors. It identified individuals in these organizations that were likely champions for the company’s solution.
